The Fine Companions, Amy Shimmin and Cheryl Dungan Cunningham, have been performing together since 1990. With a repertoire of traditional classical music familiar popular tunes, as well as their own arrangements of folk melodies, The Fine Companions are at home in many settings. They have appeared in concert and at private affairs throughout the Delaware Valley. Their first recording, Echoes of the Dance, a collection of dance music from the Renaissance and the British Isles, was released in May, 1998.
